THE COMPANIES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2017

Dear friends,

As you all are aware that THE COMPANIES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2017 has been passed and has been notified.

In this context, would like to inform you that there are in totality 93 Amendments in Company law (470 Sections)

Impact for exam:
1. CA IPCC exam (Section 1 – 122) – Amendment no 1 to 31 are applicable for your exams.

2. CA Inter exam (Section 1 – 148) – Amendment no 1 to 45 are applicable for your exams.

3. CA Final Old syllabus (Section 123 – 470) – Amendment no 32 to 93 are applicable for your exams.

3. CA Final New syllabus (Section 149 – 470) – Amendment no 46 to 93 are applicable for your exams.

Would like to inform you all that, I will be conducting exclusive sessions only on these Amendments separately for IPCC/Inter and Final students in the month of July.
